Mainsail Conference Center Testimonial
I had the pleasure of contracting all three of the V3 Group’s companies on the Conference Center at Mainsail Suites Hotel project in Tampa (completed in 2009) and would like to acknowledge each effort individually for their performance and craftsmanship.
Painters on Demand
I can really credit Painters on Demand‘s responsiveness on this project. Their ability to supply additional manpower on short-notice was of real value to us. Their project management also did an exceptional job coordinating the high-end finishing required for the Conference Center. They worked well with the interior design team and went the extra mile for tackling both the immense caulking requirements and the high end refinishing of the wood trim elements. Where the painting scope of work on a project can so often be an issue, Painters on Demand was a great assistance in staffing the project and helping solve staging and schedule problems. Their quality of work and expertise was key to the project’s end result.
Petersen Metals
A unique challenge on this project was a schedule delay for the installation of the railing planned for the exterior patio. In the end, this issue left only a two week turn-around for actual fabrication and absolutely no room for error. I had never worked with Petersen Metal before and was extremely concerned over the high-stakes of this element, but when the rail arrived I was simply amazed. The product was flawless and was in fact the only element of our project that did not have even one punch out item! Petersen Metal not only rose to occasion, they provided the best looking and best quality rail as I had ever seen. They made the process seamless and far exceeded expectations. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
On the NEW V3 Group
I think the V3 concept definitely lends some value. It’s a good move in terms both marketing and combined expertise. There are a lot of great people in this group with lots of industry experience. I look forward to our continued relationship and would highly recommend the work of any of the V3 companies.
